Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

United States Orders:
Shipped via USPS or FedEx, with an estimated delivery window of 15–20 business days after processing.

International Orders:
Shipping times vary by destination. Most international deliveries arrive within 15–30 business days, depending on your region and customs clearance.

While we aim to deliver every package on time, certain factors — such as holidays, customs inspections, extreme weather, or global logistics challenges — may occasionally cause delays.

❌ Changing or Canceling Orders

Need to make an adjustment?
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase, free of charge.
Simply email astravine@gmail.com with the subject line: “Cancel My Order.”


🏡 Address Updates

Entered an incorrect address? Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll gladly fix it before your order ships.
Once dispatched, we’re unable to modify the delivery destination.


📦 Delivery Attempts

Our carriers typically make two delivery attempts.
If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our fulfillment center. Don’t worry — our team will contact you to arrange redelivery.


💔 Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging every order.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at astravine@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement immediately, at no additional cost.
